Refinish Ceramic Whiteboard Scratches

Refinish ceramic whiteboard scratches. Scratches in your acrylic sink do not mean you have to replace the sink or completely refinish it. I use the whiteboard cleaner with a soft cloth paper towel makes small abrasions to get it as clean as possible then start all over again with the oil. Whiteboard surfaces are made of durable porcelain or vinyl but over time they become scratched and discolored. Porcelain markerboards feature longer lasting layers. Most scratches can be repaired by sanding and applying a polishing compound.

If the board is very small and inexpensive buying a new one is the most feasible solution. Ceramic is a durable material that is more resistant to damage such as stains dents and scratches. It is also much easier to clean afterwards. Paint cannot stick to smooth glazed coating.

This is great for heavy use because it requires less cleaning and markers are less likely to ghost. The markers don t seem to mind and this is extending the life of a geriatric whiteboard. Resurfacing your cracked worn out dry erase board used to be a tedious process. Resurfacing is a project that you can do on your own with a few supplies from the local hardware store.

Choose the color that most closely matches your countertop color. The whiteboard cannot be restored by conventional means.
