Ram 3500 Ac Only Blow On Floor

Ac blows cold then warm dodge ram.

Ram 3500 ac only blow on floor. The sensors high and low pressure sensors and the ac on off switch the command unit the powertrain control module pcm and the doing components the compressor. Air only blows on floor with very little coming out the defrost or regular vents. The controls seem to be not responding when selecting different selectors. Does anyone know what may cause this.
